Soon after this Bloc Party’s debut album Silent Alarm was released and met with commercial and universal critical success. Bloc Party have established themselves as a force of experimentation in the UK alternative scene with singles such as Hellicopters, Hunting For Witches and The Prayer and also their third album Intimacy, which shows the band taking their music in an entirely new direction.
